Are the packing lists really free?
Yes. Every checklist on PackingListPDF.online is free to download and print. There is no account, no sign-up and no payment needed.
How do I download a packing list?
Open the checklist you want (for example the hostel packing list) and click the Download Free PDF button near the top of the page. The PDF opens in Google Drive. Click the download icon (the arrow at the top right) to save it to your phone or computer. You can browse every checklist on our free printables page.
How do I print a packing list?
Open the downloaded PDF and press Ctrl + P on Windows or Command + P on Mac. On a phone, use the Share or menu button and choose Print. For best results set the scale to “Fit to page”.
What paper size are the printables?
Our PDFs are designed for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). If you use A4 paper (UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East), choose “Fit to page” or “Scale to fit” in your print settings and the list will print correctly with slightly wider margins.
Can I use the checklist on my phone without printing?
Yes. Open the PDF on your phone and keep it offline, or simply bookmark the article. Every article contains the full checklist on the page, so you can tick items off as you pack.
Can I edit or customize a checklist?
Some of our lists come with editable templates. See the free printables page for blank and editable versions you can fill in yourself.
Can I share the checklists with friends, my school or my clients?
You are welcome to share a link to any page. The PDFs are for personal and non-commercial use, so please do not resell them or upload them to other websites. See our Terms and Conditions.
Are your travel rules (like TSA liquid limits) up to date?
We check them regularly and show the date each guide was last updated. Rules can change at short notice, so always confirm with the official source, such as TSA.gov or your airline, before you fly.

Can I request a new packing list?
Yes. Email us at packinglistpdf@gmail.com or use our contact page and tell us the trip or occasion. We read every request and use them to plan new checklists.
