Disclaimer & Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: October 16, 2026

PackingListPDF.online publishes free printable packing lists, checklists and packing guides. This page explains how we make money, how we choose what to recommend, and the limits of the information on this site.

Affiliate disclosure

Some pages on this site may contain affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Any page that contains affiliate links will say so near the top of the page.

Commissions never decide what goes on a checklist. Items are included because they are useful for that trip or situation, not because they pay us. Most items on our lists are generic (for example “reusable water bottle”), and you can buy them anywhere.

As an Amazon Associate we may earn from qualifying purchases if we join the Amazon Associates program. We will update this page whenever we join a new affiliate program.

Advertising and sponsored content

We do not currently accept paid placements or sponsored posts. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled as sponsored at the top of the page.

Information is for general guidance only

Our checklists and guides are written for general planning help. They are not professional, medical, legal or travel-authority advice. In particular:

  • Travel rules change. Airport security limits, carry-on sizes, visa and entry rules can change at short notice. Always check the official source before you travel, such as the TSA “What Can I Bring?” tool, your airline’s website, or the embassy of the country you are visiting.
  • Pregnancy, baby and health checklists are practical packing aids, not medical advice. Follow the guidance of your doctor, midwife, hospital or pediatrician.
  • Emergency checklists are a starting point. Follow the advice of your local emergency management authority.

Accuracy and updates

We review our pages regularly and show a “last updated” date on each guide. If you spot something that is wrong or out of date, please email us at packinglistpdf@gmail.com and we will fix it.

Free downloads

Our printable PDFs are free for personal, non-commercial use. See our Terms and Conditions for details, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
